After almost 20 years, Kenya's world renowned painter, Richard Onyango comes home to exhibit in Nairobi's Gallery Watatu.

Adama Diawara, proprietor of Nairobi’s Gallery Watatu and Cote d’Ivoire’s Consul-General in Kenya, has passed away at 80years after a short battle with ill health. He will be fondly remembered for promoting East African artists through his gallery. Gallery Watatu artists are planning a dedication event very soon in his honour.
